If your order is PLACED & PAID before 1:30 pm (MDT), you can have your order delivered on the same day! If these are not met, your order will be sent out for delivery for the following business day.

There is a flat fee of $7.95 to deliver to anywhere in the city of Edmonton, St. Albert & Sherwood Park.

*Note: If our couriers can’t reach you or can’t drop your package off in a safe location, you may be subjected to additional fees.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the address you have provided. If you have not received a confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder in case of redirection by your email provider.

If your order is being delivered through standard shipping with our courier, your shipping address can be changed before shipment is sent out. Please be advised that we package and ship out orders within 24hrs of receiving an order.

If you have ordered same day delivery, your address can be changed unless you have already received confirmation that your package is on the way. Please be advised that your delivery time may be affected due to the accommodations.

Not to worry! Please provide the delivery instructions in the order notes during checkout. We'll give you a call or text, letting you know when our driver is at your apartment and you can meet the driver at the door to get your package!
