SHIPPING/DELIVERY STANDARDS
Same-Day Delivery (Edmonton, St. Albert & Sherwood Park)
- If your order & payment is confirmed by 1:30 PM Weekdays (MDT), we will process and deliver your order on the same day.
- If your order & payment is not received by 1:30 PM (MDT), we will process it and deliver your order the next business day.
- Please note sometimes there are delays when you send your payment through EMT.
- For the best and timely experience, please provide us detailed and precise delivery instructions. For example, location, apartment buzzer # or any additional instructions if necessary in the memo box of the checkout section.
- We are closed on weekends and holidays.
PROOF OF AGE
- All products sold from Vape On YEG are intended for those who meet the legal vaping age in their respective province.
- If you are unsure of your province's minimum age requirement, please check here.
- By law, proof of age (government-issued photo ID) must be confirmed by our team before your package leaves Vape On-YEG. If your proof of age is not collected beforehand, your package will be held until we receive the proper ID verification.
SHIPPING COSTS
- We offer FREE Standard Shipping Canada wide on orders over $75 CAD
- Same-Day delivery is a flat rate of $7.95 and is available for Edmonton, St. Albert & Sherwood Park - If your order is over $40, you qualify for free local delivery.
Standard Shipping (Canada)
- Thank you for your purchase with us! We're just as excited to ship out your order as much as you are to get it! We do our best to process orders every day, to get them shipped out as soon as possible. Shipments go out Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, please expect the shipment to go out during the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will also be processed the following business day.
- When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to our courier site, Canada Post. To track the order, click on the tracking number located on the email.
- All shipping times are estimates provided by our shipping courier, Canada Post, and may not reflect the actual delivery duration. For more information on delivery standards please check the Canada Post Website.
- We do our best to package and get your orders out as quickly as possible. However, once the order has left our facility, it is now in the hands of the courier, Canada Post. At this point, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, defects, or losses that can occur. Furthermore, Vape On YEG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
UNCLAIMED & RETURNED PACKAGES
In the instance that your package is unclaimed or the courier has made failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to Vape on YEG. Once this happens, you will be provided with the following options:
- Re-ship your order – You will need to cover the fee(s) to re-ship your order and any fees associated with unclaimed packages, such as return shipping costs to us.
- Request an order cancellation or refund – Please be advised that any fees associated with shipping cannot be refunded.
All shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE
If Vape On YEG incurs a return shipping charge for any unclaimed package, these fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Q&A
When will my order be delivered?
If your order is placed and paid before 1:45 pm (MDT) you can have your order delivered on the same day! Otherwise, please expect your package to arrive the next day.
Deliveries do not go out on weekends.
After getting an order confirmation, you'll receive a text when the driver is on their way.
*Please note that: By law we require first time customers to provide photo ID. You can do this by sending a photo to our email, info@vapeon-yeg.com with subject line “PHOTO ID” & your order number for age verification.
How much does same day delivery cost?
A flat fee of $7.95 to deliver to anywhere in the city of Edmonton, St. Albert & Sherwood Park
What if I don't like the juice I bought? Can I have a refund?
Please understand that due to sanitary reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL and not eligible for refund/exchanges. We understand that it's hard to buy a bottle of juice before trying it. We do our best with trying to provide detailed flavour descriptions but we encourage everybody to write reviews and to share your experience with others!
What time will my order come?
Once your order has been picked up it can take up to 7pm for your order to be delivered, depending on travel time and road conditions.
Can I order my juice and have it delivered at work?
Yes! Just provide the delivery instructions in the order notes during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I live in an apartment, can I still get delivery?
Not to worry! Please provide the delivery instructions in the order notes during checkout. We'll give you a call or text, letting you know when our driver is at your apartment and you can meet the driver at the door to get your package!
Can I schedule my delivery for a specific time in the day?
We use a third party delivery service, we book your orders and they pick up at anytime. Right now, we cannot guarantee specific drop off times.
